Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at heidi@lochaven.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
A Contract between the customer and Lochaven International Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at heidi@lochaven.co.uk quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed, Name. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.lochaven.co.uk , please follow the following steps:

If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World). |

All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. |

You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item. |
4. |
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. |

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products
Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & American Express. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Delivery
Lochaven offers delivery through Thistle International Freight Ltd in the UK at the standard rate of £6.95 within UK.
If your goods are not currently available they will be despatched as soon as they come into stock.
Thistle International Freight Ltd Tracked (Standard Delivery)
£6.95. Orders take 2-3 days to arrive from despatch and do not require a signature.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
